Managing Los Angeles Hemorrhoid Issues

Los Angeles hemorrhoid
Managing Los Angeles hemorrhoid can be as simple as changing from a low-fiber to a high-fiber diet. As most hemorrhoid sufferers may know, hard stools contribute to the development of the condition and the severity of symptoms. Some people use chemical laxatives, but this tends to bring about a rebound effect where stool gets even more difficult to pass. The other issue with external hemorrhoids, or those that protrude out of the anus is the pain that comes with them.

When the hemorrhoids are internal, they are not at all painful. But during bowel movement, some hemorrhoids can stick out, become tender and hurt. There is, thus, a need for measures to address the pain. However, self-medicating can be dangerous because some drugs can have adverse effects with certain medical conditions such as hypertension. Whether internal or external, hemorrhoids should thus be managed only with the supervision of a doctor.
